For customers within Khulna City, delivery usually takes approximately 1–2 working days. For customers outside Khulna, delivery generally takes around 2–3 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Our delivery charge may vary depending on your delivery location, product type, size, or weight. We will communicate the applicable delivery charge during order confirmation. We currently provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service for eligible orders, allowing customers to pay the product price and applicable delivery charge when receiving the parcel.

We strongly recommend checking the parcel in front of the delivery person whenever possible. For products that require unpacking or inspection, customers are advised to record a clear unboxing video from the beginning of opening the parcel. This may be required to verify any issue related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products.

If you need to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible, preferably within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the parcel has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may be subject to applicable delivery or return charges.
